I'm sorry there was no spoiler warning for ATB - but I guess no one was ever in doubt as to Barard's rescue. :D I ended up getting this posted at 1am when I knew I had to be up at 5.30am to drive my daughter back to London. The evening before had been taken up taking my son out for a meal to celebrate his A level results and his acceptance by his first choice uni. There wasn't a lot of leeway between the two to get the draft story formatted and posted to my website.
